4. Interior design
In the case of the following interior fitting trades, the client can – within the scope of the given selection options – determine the execution itself or, as subject of surcharge, agree on corresponding change requests in good time before construction work starts.
4.1 PAINTING AND PAPERING WORK
In the apartments all ceilings and walls (if walls are not tiled) are painted in “old white” color (colored paint on request possible). Wooden parts are painted in a covering way. In cellar rooms the ceilings and walls are painted white, the floors get a wipe-resitant coating.
4.2 APARTMENT ENTRANCE DOORS
Heavy, sound-damping and heat-insulated door leaves colored in white on both sides and with a wide angle doorspy Safety lock with profile cylinder for central locking system. External side with door push plate, inner side with door latch made of anodised material. The doors are given an additional sound-damping Schallex-seal. Steel frames with double seam and circumferential, double rubber seal.
4.3 APARTMENT INTERIOR DOORS
The standard interior doors are wood-veneered tubular chip-board door leaves and sides in beech, white lacquered. Alternative wood types may be available at additional costs. The wooden frames have a 3-sided rubber seal. The doors are equipped with simple door locks and a beautiful door latch set in stainless steel. Doors for bathrooms and toilets are fitted with door latch sets appropriate for bathrooms.
4.4 WALL AND FLOOR TILES AND FLOOR COVER WORK
In bathrooms the floor and the walls in the spray area will be tiled (in shower area: room high). In the guest toilet, the walls around the toilet and around the hand wash basin are tiled to a height of approx. 125 cm, the remaining areas are ingrain wallpapered and painted. In the kitchen a tile wall sign (approx. 60 cm high) will be realized according to kitchen plan. Foyer, storage rooms and kitchen floors are also tiled.
The alternative selection consists of high-quality ceramic tiles from constantly updated tile collections. High-quality beech parquet flooring is laid in all living, dining and sleeping rooms. Material price according to provision of sampling. Finished floor cover work is calculated with 60 € / sqm gross.
4.5 FIREPLACE
All apartments have access to a tiled stove or fireplace in the living area. Additionally a heating fireplace with a value of approx. 4.500 € is installed in the apartment. The heating fireplace is installed according to official regulations.
