Here you will find a building specification which explains the qualitative standards and criteria which are the base for the construction of our new buildings.

Please note that we have to reserve individual adaptations as subject to change for designated projects.

But, we are sure you will be satisfied.

1. SERVICES OVERVIEW AND LIMITATIONS
The executed services contain all activities for a move-in and turn-key construction of the building including outside facilities and all necessary ancillary services as

· planning and architectural services

· building permission fees

· construction supervision and construction management

· surveying work

· public and privat access roads

· supply lines for water/waster water, electricity and gas

Execution principles at the moment of building permission are the valid regulations of the state building code and building authority as well as the approved building plans on a scale 1:100.

Conditionally we provide or have to be considered separately

· building plans on a scale 1:50 by the architect or by technical engineers

· statics and heat requirement calculation

· dimensional allowance which don´t influence quality of usage

· technical requirements if they are demanded by condition or instruction from building or approval authorities

Required changes in floor plans caused by statics, supply and disposal planning or by governmental regulations are possible and permissible.
