5. Outside facilities


5.1 GARDEN
Particularly we emphasize on the design of the garden. Outdoor and green areas are architecturally designed with planting in accordance with the location.

5.2 ACCESS ROADS, ENTRANCES AND TERRACES
House access ways are designed as pavements made of concrete or composite stone, architecturally designed in a bulked way. For the terraces of the apartments concrete slabs are used in cement gray color with a smooth surface.

Access roads are designed with asphalt surface, composite stone pavement or lawn grid. Outdoor parking or water-bound areas are laid out as concrete or composite stone pavements or are made of lawn grid stones. The execution depends on the given terrain and the resulting gardening possibilities according to the official building regulations.

5.3 ILLUMINATION OF OUTSIDE FACILITIES
Access ways, house entrance and parking spaces will be equiooed with sufficient outside lighting, which is controlled by motion detectors with automatic switch-off.
5.4 UNDERGROUND PARKING GARAGE
Underground parking spaces will be realized according to official building regulations.
Material: prefabricated concrete sections (walls, floors, ceilings)
Size approx. 5,85 m x 2,99 m x 2,54 m
On request and at extra charge, the garage can be equipped with additional equipment (for example a charging station for electric vehicles).
