6. Special requests

Special requests are only possible with the written consent of EG & Unity GmbH. They must be registered in writing at EG & Unity GmbH, approved by the building authorities, constructively and technically in good time before execution. Special requests must be remunerated by the client. Should planning changes be necessary for the execution of special requests the costs for these services will be invoiced to the client according to time statement forms. The basis for this is the Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI, mean rate). Unless EG & Unity GmbH gives written consent in this respect, the client shall not be entitled to grant a credit note if the client does not use the services included in the purchase price.

Possible special components for an extra charge:

· Garage with locking cylinder of the locking system assigned with hand transmitter / E-garage door

· Additional electric installation possibly for electric cars in the underground car park at the parking space

· Towel radiators in the bathroom with additional heating cartridge

· Electric roller shutter drives

· Connection of solid fuel heating in attic floor for an open fireplace

· Telephone socket in children’s room and / or bedroom

· TV socket in children’s bedroom and / or bedroom

· Safe 35 x 26 x 26 cm fixed installed
